The school holidays are also over and as the kids head back to school us grown ups can start thinking about getting back to our fitness routine. If you’ve had a little break over the summer, now is a great time to give your weekly workouts a shake up and try something new!
So in this blog post I’m gonna bring you my top recommendations for classes and activities in Sunderland so you can hit the ground running when the kids go back!
First up… Everyone Should Do Pilates…
Pilates is perfect for everyone…from Mams to be and those recovering from injury, to runners and regular gym bunnies!
CLASS RECOMMENDATION:
Sunday 11am, Pilates at Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre
Fancy A New Challenge Post Summer?
With the kids heading back to school next week it’s the perfect time to try something new and get outside of your comfort zone a little.
So why not give these sessions at @everyoneactive Washington Leisure Centre a shot…and if you’re feeling adventurous do them both back to back!
Fitness Isn’t Always Easy
Getting back into fitness after summer isn’t always easy, but if you can make it fun you’re half way there! So if the idea of pounding the treadmill makes you want to hide behind the sofa then an exercise to music class like @clubbercise at @everyoneactive Hetton Community Pool could be just the ticket!
