Summer is here and you may well be prepping for a big festival – festival snacks will be the secret to keeping your body strong and healthy, in times of sleep deprivation and mega hikes to the next stage!

It still drives me mad to see van after van of greasy food options at places like this… so if you’re serious about staying healthy and getting through the festival with the maximum energy, take these snacks to refuel:

#1 – Nuts & Seeds

#2 – Fruit

(Banana, Apple, Blueberries, Tangeries… anything!) The juicy ones like oranges will double as a thirst-quencher in the morning. WIN.

#3 – Rice Cakes

#4 – Nothing But Snacks (Freeze dried snacks and crisps)

#5 Cucumber/Celery

Seriously hydrating.
