Donna wanted to lose weight but she got a lot more than she bargained for after training hard and changed her eating habits for good! Out with the faddy diets and in with eating properly and educating herself on her lifestyle.

“Friends and family cannot believe the difference over just 10 weeks. During this period I lost 1 stone 2lb and around 6-7% body fat! My husband has commented from my past weight loss experiences that this is the best I’ve looked in years and years and it looks as though I’ve lost more than I actually have.
Katie has changed my attitude to exercise, eating and to myself. In the past I made “dieting” my life but it never ever lasted – I spent every day of my life thinking about food! Yes I’d lose a bit weight but then I’d get into old habits and the weight would pile back on. I’d joke and laugh about it but deep down I was never happy about it.
Since training with Katie not only do I love the sessions with her, but find myself somehow committed to the programs she provides and the eating advice she gives.”
In the past I could never understand people who had personal trainers at all – now I can honestly say that I could easily have a session with Katie every day – I totally love it!!
