By booking personal training sessions with Katie Bulmer-Cooke, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be paid for in advance.
- Session credits are valid for the period specified at checkout and must be used within this timeframe. Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all circumstances.
- If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
3. Group Sessions & No-Shows
- Small group sessions will run as scheduled, regardless of individual attendance.
- If you do not attend a booked session, it will be deducted from your balance.
4. Holidays & Trainer Cancellations
- I take holidays at my discretion, and I will provide as much notice as possible.
- Any sessions cancelled by me, for any reason, will not impact your session expiry period.
- If I need to cancel a session, you will have the option to reschedule or have the session credited back to your account.
5. Health & Safety
- It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to your health that may impact your training.
- You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries a risk of injury, and you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
6. Refunds & Transfers
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Session credits are non-transferable to another person.
By purchasing and booking sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
