“Before I started training with Katie I felt bloated and very unfit even a short walk to drop the kids off at school would leave we out of breath. I avoided going out because all my clothes were too tight and I knew I’d feel uncomfortable all night.

I look forward to my sessions with Katie because she always has different workouts, so they are never boring and she motivates me to do more than I thought I could ever do. She has made me realise that it is possible for anyone to get fit even me. I always come out of my session feeling great that I’ve managed to complete the workout and enjoyed it.

After only 2 weeks I was excited to hear I’d lost 9 ½ inches and I’m looking forward to the next time I get measured. Already I can notice the difference as my tight clothes now feel very comfortable and I’ve stopped feeling bloated. Seeing the results so far has made me determined to continue with the eating plan and workouts.”
