Lizzie wanted to get fit and she did a lot more than that….
“Before training I felt older than I was, tired, lethargic and not toned after an operation and two children.
I had little confidence about my body, even if I lost weight, and my pelvic floor was in need of an overhaul! During sessions I get a natural high of endorphins, and every second I’m training I make a mental note to stick to the eating plan because I want to burn off every calorie in my food diary! Sometimes training is as hard as labour, but the rush at the end is fab.
I feel more respect for my body now, because I know what it can do! I also treat it well with the eating plan and am more aware of how what I eat and drink makes me feel. Somedays I still have hang ups, and then I go to put something on I haven’t worn for a while, and it literally falls off, and that makes me feel on top of the world. I have so much more energy now, never take pain killers for a disc problem, and have a pelvic floor to die for! (you’ll have to take my word for that!)
