In this 1:1 programme you’ll work with award winning personal trainer and level 3 Pilates instructor Katie, for 4 weeks, to develop your flexibility, strength mobility and core stability.
- Posture and range of movement assessment
- A weekly 45-60 minute , 1:1 Pilates & Football session with Katie (either in person in Sunderland or on Zoom)

By taking part in the programme you’ll:
– Learn how to engage your core properly
– Learn how to incorporate Pilates into your existing training schedule
– Improve your core stability, flexibility, strength and mobility while reducing risk of injury
Who is the programme for?
It’s for anyone who plays football at any level, from grassroots to professional, aged 11 years old upwards who wants to improve their performance on the pitch and reduce risk of injury.
