The Training Camp programme is all about accountability implementation and consistency.

If you want to give yourself a kick start to get you exercising and leading a healthier lifestyle or if you are already exercising but have an occasion coming up, such as a wedding or holiday, then this is the perfect way to take your results to the next level.

We all know that we need to exercise more, make better choices with food and drink and lead a healthier lifestyle in order to achieve our goals, but the key to success is having accountability, knowing how to implement lifestyle changing, in a way that works and being consistent.

The Training Camp programme provides the ultimate solution in terms of accountability, support, implementing change and consistency. 

It is based on the concept that we see athletes, such as boxers, use in the run up to competition…their routine becomes tighter, they train more frequently, with greater intensity and are on point with their nutrition. They work closely with their coach and together they go all out to be in the best shape possible ready for their big day/event.

Every day for the duration of the 5 week programme you’ll need to submit the following…

  • Progress picture
  • Food diary
  • Proof of daily step count

…and your stats/progress will be measured weekly.

Your 5 week plan includes:

  • Bespoke calorie calculation
  • 7 day meal plan
  • Shopping list
  • Recipe guide (all recipes include macro nutrient information)
  • 4 x 30 minute 1:1 personal training sessions per week (no need to worry about doing other workouts between sessions)
  • Daily food diary assessment

Sessions held in Sunderland or online if you live further a field.

Once signed up, Katie will be in touch to book in your sessions at times that work for you.
