Make your own clean Energy Bars
Serves 2-3
You will need:
- 1 banana
- 3 fresh dates
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
To make:
Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor or blender.
Pour into a dish, score into pieces and place in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
