August is approaching and if you’re reading this and we’re already here, then HEY! Get this downloaded, save it to your phone and print it out. Stick it somewhere and cross off a circle every time you do something from it.

The thing is, sometimes it’s so easy to let a month go by without doing something mindful – or even something exciting or new. This will help you to make conscious effort to be happier and healthier without thinking or even trying too hard. Goals aren’t always about gymming it 4 times a week, it’s about looking after the big stuff: the mind, the family and yourself too.
