Ingredients
• 120 grams desiccated coconut
• 1.5 tablespoons Agave Nectar
• 1 beaten egg
• Rice Paper
Method
• Pre heat the oven to 175’C
• Line a baking tray with rice paper
• Mix together the agave nectar and the coconut and then
stir in the beaten egg
• Bake for 12-15 minutes
