After an over indulgent summer, September is the perfect time to get back into the fitness swing, and what better way to do it than with a support supportive trainer to guide you through the best and most effective workout plan alongside a down-to-earth nutrition plan that really works!

Weekly small group PT session
Nutrition guide including over 50 healthy recipes
Weekly home workout video to follow between sessions
Measurements and progress photographs on week 1 & 4 (optional)
Sessions will include cardiovascular training, boxing, kettlebells and weights.
All fitness levels welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned exerciser or a ‘newbie’ the workouts will be tailored to ensure that no one feels held back or left behind.
