Following the great results from September’s course, it’s time for another exciting month of fitness, nutrition and support.
Your super supportive trainer, Katie, will guide you through the best and most effective workout plan alongside a down-to-earth nutrition plan that really works!
But it doesn’t stop there…
Accountability is a huge factor in achieving fitness success, and the best way to stay accountable is to train alongside other like-minded people in a results-focused, and fun environment.
Weekly small group PT session
Nutrition guide including over 50 healthy recipes
Weekly home workout video to follow between sessions
Measurements and progress photographs on week 1 & 4 (optional)
Sessions will include cardiovascular training, boxing, kettlebells and weights.
All fitness levels welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned exerciser or a ‘newbie’ the workouts will be tailored to ensure that no one feels held back or left behind.
