If you want to get stronger, learn how to lift weights properly, decrease your body fat, change your body shape and become considerably more toned, then my new Girls Who Lift Online Programme is for you!
Whether you are an experienced exerciser or just starting out, this programme will work for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: lifting weights won’t make you big and bulky…it WILL give you shapely arms, a flatter, more toned tummy, firm, defined legs and a lifted bottom!
What is included in the programme?
A nutrition plan, that is very easy to follow and will educate you on carbohydrate cycling and the correct nutrients to supply your body with around your workouts
5 home workouts (1 per week) that you will do 5 times per week
Instructional videos that teach you correct technique for each exercise in the programme
What will you need?
A ‘can-do’, positive attitude
A set of adjustable dumbbells/barbell for your home workouts (approx. cost of £30, available from sports shops or Argos). Recommendations will be given on joining OR access to a gym with free weights.
