My Healthy Meatball Recipe is perrrrrfect for a quick tea. They are super tasty and always look impressive for little work. Basically, they could totally make the dinner party-standard for those pals who like to eat clean-but-well.

The thing is, I like to team my healthy meatballs with blueberries, honey and spinach. Think I’m crazy or are you inspired? Go for it!

Here’s how to

Healthy Meatball Recipe

Serves 2

You will need:

  • 500g organic beef mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil

To make:

Beat the egg and mix it with the mince, half of the onion and the black pepper.

Roll the mixture into balls and fry in the oil in a pan until almost cooked through.

Place the meatballs to one side on a plate.
