But the thing is, everyone is different, and there are sooo many workouts out there to do, how are you meant to know which one is for you?

So whether you’re looking to have a laugh with your friends, enjoy some quality time with nature or just get ripped, take this quiz to be on your way to finding your perfect workout!

Yoga and Pilates is your jam

You love soft, quiet movement where you can really relax and breathe. The great thing about these are that you can do them by yourself or in a group, you can even take it outside if you want some fresh air while you practise. But don’t be fooled, just because you’re feeling chilled and calm doesn’t mean those muscles aren’t in for an awesome workout. Yoga and Pilates are excellent for strengthening and lengthening those beautiful muscles!

Circuit/HIIT Training to build those muscles

Your fave way to workout is listening to the newest music with your pals and with an instructor to keep you right and push you on. You’re really in it to win it with every workout you do and you want to make sure every second counts. Combining cardio and strength training means you’ll burn as many calories as possible and keep blasting that fat for 48 hours.

Running/Cycling to get your heart racing

After 37 hours in the office you don’t really want to spend your weekends or evenings inside, too! For you exercise means filling your lungs with some fresh air and getting in the vitamin D. Right now burning fat is your priority and cardio is perfect for this. You want to decide the tunes, whether that’s an emotional love song after a hard day or some intense dance music to keep your pace up. Exercise is all about you time and getting back to nature.

A Mixture

You want to keep things new by trying all the different classes out there. Hot yoga? Yep. Kick boxing? Sure. Pole dancing? Why not! For you exercise is about having fun and making sure you keep it fresh so you don’t get bored. Sometimes you want a buddy or an instructor, sometimes you just want to have some quality time with yourself.
