If you’re looking for a healthy snack idea or a light lunch, you know I’m going to tell you to make it at home from fresh!
I love avocados, they’re a good fat and they’re so tasty, they often feel like a treat due to the creamy texture too…
Chip and dip is very popular as a snack but often the dips are full of sugar and saturated fat, also, they aren’t filling – nevermind nutritious.
Instead of tortilla chips or tasteless carbs, oven-bake some sweet potato wedges and add seasoning (like paprika) to get the similar flavouring.
Instead of dip, roughly crush an avocado in a bowl using the back of a fork and add chopped cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
As an extra dip, swap your usual mayo for a fat free greek yoghurt, it makes for a wicked alternative dip!
Enjoy snacking in a healthy way!
